Beta · pilot partners sought

PUBLIC SERVICES

The public sector is where this matters most.

A council form nobody can find. A portal that fails on mobile. A helpline call that could have been a task.

Public services are the highest-stakes version of the problem on this site: the people who struggle most with brittle websites are often the people who need the service most.

ACCESS THAT WORKS

The fix is the same fix.

The site that’s legible to an agent is the site that’s legible to assistive technology. One upgrade, two beneficiaries.

That means clearer structure, accessible controls, reliable task flows, session continuity and explicit permission boundaries. It does not mean handing an AI agent unrestricted access to public services.

We’re looking for a small number of pilot partners. Beta means early, honest, and clear about what we don’t know yet.

PILOT PRINCIPLES

Useful, accountable, human-led.

Start small

Choose one public task with a measurable point of friction.

Keep consent visible

People remain in control of submissions and consequential actions.

Design for access

Improve the experience for assistive technology and different devices.

Show the evidence

Test what works, document what does not, and report limitations.

One service. One real improvement.

We want pilot partners prepared to test carefully and learn openly.
